Pawtato does not store any payment information. Payment details for deposits and Experiences are processed and securely stored by our payment providers, Stripe and HitPay.

However, if you access our Services through a third-party platform (for example, our booking system), that provider may collect such data. We will also conduct an internal investigation to determine the cause of the breach and take steps to mitigate further risk.

5.3. Despite our best efforts, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. While we strive to protect your data, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.


6. Data Retention

8. CCTV Recordings

8.1. Pawtato utilises CCTV in its studio premises solely for security and dispute resolution purposes. These recordings are maintained to protect against potential disputes.

8.2. CCTV recordings are not considered personal data subject to deletion requests and will be retained for up to one year, or longer if necessary for internal investigations or law enforcement purposes.
